Stone Production Line Flow

Firstly, vibrator feeder sends large blocks of stone materials to jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Then coarse crushed stone materials are conveyed to impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing. Fine crushed materials are sent into vibrating screen for screening. The screened materials are divided into several specifications, of which gravels with qualified granular requirements are conveyed to finished material pile by finished production belt conveyor and unqualified gravels are sent into impact crusher for further crushing again with belt conveyor. In this way, the whole stone crushing plant forms the closed circulation. Finished product size can be assembled and classified according to the customers' needs. To protect environment, it is necessary to assemble dust-cleaning apparatus.
