Manganese Ore Crushing Project in South Africa is composed of coarse mobile crushing station including GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder and PEW860 euro jaw crusher, medium and fine mobile crushing and screening station including HP300 cone crusher and 3YK1860 vibrating screen, Siemens electrical control cabinet and belt conveyor.

Production Site Condition

This project which belongs to the open-pit mining program is in the Johannesburg, the biggest city in South Africa. According to the specific site condition, engineers of Fote Machinery assembled coarse mobile crushing station and medium and fine crushing and screening mobile station for our customer. Materials finish the whole crushing and screening process through excavator, feeder, jaw crusher for coarse crushing, screener, HP cone crusher for secondary crushing in sequence. Through a period of trial operation, two mobile crushing stations all have stable running effects.
