Cement Grinding Station

Working principle of Cement Grinding Station:

Silicate cement production technology is representative in the cement production, is a limestone and clay as the main raw material, through crushing, ingredients, which takes limestone and clay as the main raw materials, through crushing, burdening, grinding to fine particles to get the raw meal, then feeds into the cement kiln to calcination to get the cement clinker, mix some gypsum into the clinker(sometime with mixed materials and admixture) to grind Portland cement.

The difference between cement grinding station and cement plant: 

1. Procedure: The mud grinding station only has a cement mill system and packaging sales; while the cement plant includes a full set of production lines such as mining, raw material grinding, clinker making, cement grinding, packaging and sales.

2. The nature of the factory: The cement grinding station is a cement product production unit that separates the final product stage of cement production; the cement plant includes the complete cement production process.

3. Processing characteristics: During the processing stage of the cement grinding station, the cement clinker is added to the appropriate amount of mixed materials for powdering to produce finished cement; the production of cement plants generally can be divided into three processes: raw meal preparation, clinker calcination and cement production.
